Description
A bright dip to add to an appetizer tray or spread onto a wrap.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups edamame, cooked
- 2 tablespoons light oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce (the one that contains less sodium)
- 2 cloves garlic
- a touch wasabi
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
2. Garnish with sesame seeds and a dash of sesame oil.
