Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces oat milk or cow’s milk
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- a pinch black pepper
- a pinch cardamom
Instructions
- Warm and froth the milk in a milk frothing device. OR Warm the milk in a saucepan until steam rises and bubbles form.*
- Add the frothy milk to the blender along with the other ingredients.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until bubbles start forming at the top.
Notes
Note: For best results, warm and froth the milk in a device made to do so. If using the stovetop method (which I’ve given here to accommodate more readers), you may not get the same density of bubbles or foam on top. But it will still be delicious!
